“Per ardua ad astra” means through adversity to the stars, a motto that has served the RAF since 1912.
What was once a motto is now a reality with modern warfare extending beyond the sky and into outer space.
We wanted 16-25-year-olds to see the RAF as an exciting career where everyone has a role in protecting our nation.
