CLASS POLISH
We needed to address workplace classism. In certain industries, working-class employees were being paid up to £6k less than their middle-class peers, despite having the same role and experience.
We decided to use their own language against them. Specifically, the use of the word ‘polish’ when describing an applicant who wasn’t posh enough to get the job.
To call this out, we created Class Polish - a fake product promising financial gain with every dab of the lovely stuff.
Creative Circle Bronze x1 | Kinsale Sharks Bronze x1
Every box came with a cloth detailing the issue and what it’ll take to buff out workplace classism for good.
What good is a miracle product if you can’t flog it?
We got Fern Brady to push Class Polish on the public for £6,000 to highlight the Class Pay Gap.
